CONTENTS: the SITE provides access to a multitude of information, services, programmes or data (hereinafter the CONTENTS) through the Internet belonging by default to the owner of the site, unless another owner is expressly indicated.
USERS: access and/or use of this WEBSITE attributes the condition of USER, who accepts from said access and/or use the General Conditions of Use reflected herein.

Use of the site

When the USER uses the SITE and has registered on it, he/she must maintain the confidentiality of his/her account details and password, and restrict access to his/her computer in order to avoid possible unauthorised use of his/her account. The responsibility for all activities carried out from your account and your access password shall be the responsibility of the USER. We recommend that you take all necessary steps to ensure that your password remains secret and secure, and to inform us immediately if you have reason to believe that your password has been disclosed to a third party or if it has been used in an unauthorised manner or is likely to be used in an unauthorised manner.

Such licence does not include any right of resale or commercial use of the WEBSITE or its CONTENTS, the right to download or copy account information for the benefit of another merchant or the use of search and data mining tools or robots. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit the CONTENTS of the WEBSITE or any portion thereof for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of the owner of the WEBSITE and/or the CONTENT.

The USER undertakes to make appropriate use of the CONTENTS and services offered on this WEBSITE and, specifically and without limitation, not to use them for:
Engage in activities that are illicit, illegal or contrary to good faith and public order.
Disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic-illegal nature, in support of terrorism or against human rights.
Cause damage to the physical and logical systems of the site, its suppliers or third parties, introduce or disseminate computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that may cause the aforementioned damage.
Attempt to access and, where appropriate, use the e-mail accounts of other users and modify or manipulate their messages.
Use the SITE in a way that causes or may cause the content or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or deteriorated in any way.
The USER is granted a limited, revocable and non-exclusive right to create a hyperlink to the CONTENTS of the SITE, provided that such a link does not portray the SITE itself or its USERS in a false, misleading, derogatory or otherwise offensive manner.
Responsibility for content
As in many other sites on the Internet, USERS may publish in some of the sections their opinions and comments on some of the CONTENTS, send communications, suggestions, ideas, questions or other information, provided that the content of the same is not illicit, obscene, abusive, threatening, defamatory, libellous, invidious, defamatory, defamatory or otherwise offensive, threatening, defamatory, invades the privacy of third parties, infringes intellectual property rights, is libellous or otherwise objectionable to third parties, or contains computer viruses, political propaganda, advertising content, chain letters, mass mailings or any other type of ‘spam’. In addition, you may not use false e-mail addresses, impersonate another person or entity, or otherwise lie about the origin of any content.
SITE reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or modify any content that does not comply with these rules. In any case, neither the WEBSITE nor its administrators shall be held responsible for the opinions expressed through any of the available participation tools, as the USER must be aware that it is the USER, according to current regulations, and not the WEBSITE, who is responsible for any electronic communication and content sent from his/her computer, and that the WEBSITE must be used only for lawful purposes.

Operation of the site

The administrators and owners of this SITE make every effort to ensure that access to the site is uninterrupted and transmission is error free. However, due to the nature of the Internet, they cannot fully guarantee this. In addition, from time to time access to content may be temporarily suspended or restricted for repair or maintenance work, and for the implementation of new tools or services. We will try, as far as possible, to minimise the frequency and duration of each of these suspensions and access restrictions.
SITE reserves the right to deny any attempt to access the website or its CONTENT, to terminate accounts and to remove or modify content if it considers that it does not comply with the terms of use or any other rule or law.
The WEBSITE reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time, which affect access to and use of the WEBSITE itself. The validity of these conditions will depend on their exposure and they will be in force until they are changed by others duly published.
The relationship between the owners and administrators of the SITE and the USER shall be governed by the Estonian legislation in force and any controversy or dispute shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of the city of Tallinn.
